Jungian Analysis with Dr. Seth Rubin

Jungian Analysis is a “psychology of the unconscious”.  Through dialogue with a trusted Jungian Analyst in a safe and protected setting, you will explore your dreams in order to understand the information, advice, criticism and wisdom that your unconscious mind is attempting to reveal.

You will also examine thoroughly the conscious and unconscious aspects of your relationships with the important people in your life, especially friends, family, colleagues and your intimate partner.  And, later in the analysis, you will learn the special skill of active imagination as a way of engaging the unconscious directly.

This process of informing your conscious position with communications from your unconscious psyche, while maintaining  their autonomy, is called “individuation”. Jung considered individuation to be the central process of human development.

The goal of individuation is wholeness, not perfection. — C.G. Jung

If you are receptive to these alternative perspectives that arise from deep within your own mind, then extraordinary external transformations are possible.  As your trusted Jungian Analyst, I will be your expert guide on this journey.
